9 Months

As of March 18th Denton is 9 months old, time flies when you're havin fun! I get Denton's pictures taken a couple times a month because I am a Super Saver Member at Sears and I get a free 8x10 ever time I go in. I usually end up buying a couple other pictures but they are pretty cheap and it is something that is fun for us to do. (well maybe it is only fun for me) I like to do it though because we have some really cute pictures of Denton and it is fun to see how much he changes in such a short time. Lately Denton can't keep his tongue in his mouth, as I showed in an earlier post so when we got these pictures taken Denton kept sticking his tongue out so I just told the photographer to take the picture with his tongue out because that is him right now, all tongue!! I think they turned out cute.

I look cute and I know it!

I put lotion in Denton's hair and spiked it up in the front, I think he knew he looked extra cute because he was very smiley for the camera!

What bath time really looks like.

Denton loves taking a bath in the kitchen sink. His favorite thing is playing with the running water and his bath toys. He would stay and play for hours if he could. His least favorite thing is right when he gets out and he gets cold, once he is warm in his towel all is well again.

Bathtime Photoshoot

Denton loves bath time, so I took him to get bath pictures taken. plus I want to remember how cute his little fat rolls are. He would not smile for the photographer which is really strange because he smiles at just about everyone, but we still got some good ones.

PLAY BALL!

Darwin and Denton played catch last night for the first time, Denton thought it was so funny. Notice in the video when the ball hits Denton he thinks it is extra funny! It is really fun to watch them play ball together. Denton loves his Dad, if he is awake in the morning and he see's his dad walk out the door he starts crying, it's so sad. Denton gets so excited and happy when Darwin comes home, he knows playtime is about to begin!

Can you curl your tongue?

We are having so much fun with Denton, it seems like every day he does something new. He has figured out that he can stick out his tongue and curl the end. I showed him my trick, he just kept looking at my tongue while he was sticking his tongue out and trying to move it every way he could to copy what I was doing. It was really funny!
He has also decided that he loves to stand. He does a pretty good job when he is holding on to something (even one handed) but his legs eventually give out.
